Who are you?
We are an independent educational platform dedicated to helping individuals approaching or already in retirement. We organize public workshops across the country to provide clear, accessible information on important financial topics. We are not connected to any government agency, financial institution, or university.
What does it cost to attend?
Our workshops are completely free of charge. There is no fee to register or attend.
Are you affiliated with any companies or organizations?
No — we operate independently and are not tied to any financial firms, government organizations, or schools. The workshops are strictly for educational purposes. Although the speakers may offer an opportunity to meet with them privately afterward, participation in such a meeting is entirely optional and separate from the workshop itself.
Who leads the workshops?
The workshops are led by experienced professionals from the financial industry — such as Certified Financial Planners, CPAs, or other qualified advisors — who have hands-on expertise in retirement and financial planning. Their goal is to share valuable knowledge and help attendees better understand the options available to them.
Why do presenters volunteer to lead these workshops?
The workshops give presenters a way to give back to their community by sharing their knowledge. Occasionally, attendees decide they’d like to work with the presenter after the class, which helps the presenter grow their practice. However, there is no obligation to hire or purchase anything from them — your participation ends when the workshop concludes, unless you choose otherwise.
Will I be pressured to buy anything?
No. Our workshops are purely educational and free from sales pitches. Many attendees comment on how refreshing it is to learn in a no-pressure environment. Presenters may leave their business cards or brochures for those who are interested, but no one will pressure you to sign up for any services during or after the event.
How do you fund these workshops?
We are funded through fees paid by the presenters and, in the future, through advertising on our website. This support allows us to keep the workshops free and open to the public.
